Bei and Jerry purchased a home in Syracuse. During the inspection it did not seem there were any basement water problems. After some time had past they began to notice some water pooling on the basement floor after heavy rains. Jerry began to pull some of the wooden panels off the walls to discover that there were some cracks in the block walls. WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water and drains it to the sump pump.
