Recently in East Syracuse, NY, we helped a homeowner face a common problem: water in the basement prompting worries about property value. After our Customer Care team arranged a home inspection, one of our Design Specialists suggested a plan using three of our popular waterproofing systems: the WaterGuard drainage system, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and the TripleSafe Sump Pump.

Our crew installed the WaterGuard system to intercept water at the basement perimeter, directing it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump which expelled the water away from the home. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona kept the air dry and healthy. Post installation, the home was left with a dry basement, enhancing the living environment and securing the property's value. WaterGuard is a French drain system designed to be installed beneath the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. Once installed, the system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the TripleSafe Sump Pump provides the ultimate protection against water intrusion, pumping 11,500 or more on a fully charged battery. With these two systems in place, George can rest assured that his home is permanently protected against water damage.
