Eager to proceed with the project, John gave the green light, and our team swiftly got to work. Led by our diligent and skilled Foreman, Josh, our installation team arrived at John's property, ready to tackle the task at hand. The first step was to clear out the crawl space, removing any debris or unwanted items that had accumulated over time. Next, the team meticulously regraded the dirt floor of the crawl space, ensuring proper drainage to prevent any future water-related issues. This crucial step would effectively divert moisture away from the crawl space, maintaining a dry and healthy environment. With the groundwork complete, our expert crew began installing the Cleanspace system, a durable and vapor-impermeable barrier that would prevent moisture from seeping into the crawl space. The addition of Drainage Matting further enhanced the system, providing an effective channel for any water to flow away from the space. To bolster the insulation properties and optimize energy efficiency, our team also installed Silverglo insulation on the foundation walls.
