What made you choose our company:

I was having problems with the back wall in my cellar, a hair line crack was developing a bulge. Justin came to my location to evaluate my situation.during the process he gave me reading materials to study while he conducted an extensive evaluation procedure. Three hours later it was recommended that I go with a carbon fiber solution, due to the fact that the property presented complications which limited my options. Weeks later the crew : Zack, Dylan and Kody made contact with me. Zack Alexander notified me by phone of their estimated time of arrival. Zack explained the process he was about to perform. He repeatedly asked if I understood him and did I have any questions that needed to be answered. The “crew” was knowledgeable , competent, and polite at all times. They went to work and didn’t stop until the “solution” was complete. They took photos of their work and cleaned the wok site as well as possible. Zack brought to my attention areas which needed additional work. When they left I read my warranty, the carbon fiber solution did not make the wall straight nor strong, it merely prevents the wall from further bowing. So dear reader is that what you want?
