John has been living in his Bayport, NY home for five years.  Since moving in he has noticed that his concrete patio has sunken in and needs to be raised.  Additionally, John will be having a new concrete driveway poured and wants the other concrete areas around his home to look good.  In an effort to raise his concrete patio and make it look more visually appealing, John decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the PolyLevel, NexusPro, and SealantPro systems would be the best solutions for fixing John's concrete.

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.  In turn, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility, further protecting the concrete from soil compaction and washout.  Lastly, the concrete will be protected with SealantPro, a state-of-the-art material that bonds with concrete on a molecular level, permanently protecting it from water, dirt, and other contaminants in a single coat.
