We installed Smart Jacks in the crawlspace to address the homeowner's issue with the foundation starting to crack.  We were able to relevel the floors over the crawlspace.

At a home in Cary, we had previously installed a CleanSpace Liner to help with the moisture issues the crawlspace was having.  We had also installed a SmartJack stabilization system in one part of the home.  We now went back to install two new SmartJacks in an additional part of the home.  It is a bit of a challenge when the crawlspace is clean and we have to dig and remove dirt.  But Brandon and Barry (with a bit of help from Heather) were able to install the SmartJacks and still have a clean crawlspace at the end.   

When this homeowner had water seeping into their home, Regional Waterproofing came out to inspect the area and write an estimate. Our crew installed WaterGuard Drainage System, a SuperSump, and a CleanSpace Wall System in the homeowner's basement to address their water penetration issues.  

This homeowner needed to address an issue with water inside their crawl space. They contacted Regional Waterproofing for an inspection and estimate. Our crew installed a drainage system with a SmartPump to maintain a dry crawlspace.
