I was greatly satisfied with the job aqnd the installation crew from Regional waterproofing. In addition, my experience with both the office staff and my sales man, Cam Estep, was also five stars! I was even pleased with the cleanup performed by Sylvester, he did a great job. I heard about Regional from a previous project where you performed work on the basement and thus, one of the top reason I hired Regional was due to their experience with concrete repair.

The job was excellent, set evenly, and the guys cleaned up after. The installation crew was hard working and professional. Scheduling the consultation and repair date with the office staff was easy. The salesman explained the process, quote, and timeframe. The new concrete was cleaned from surrounding areas and walkway side bricks put back in place. I chose Regional because of the quoted price and that there was not a $2,000 minimum fee.

the finished job that Sylvester did was great. I was not satisfied with the clean up however. The installer used a leaf blower after grinding up cement and I had to spend another $200.00 to have it recleaned. the office staf was prompt  and the consultant explained evrything in detail.
