The floor in this customers entryway was uneven. After assessing the crawl space, it was determined the floor was sinking due to inadequate support. Our team installed our SmartJack System to permanently lift, level, and stabilize the floor back to its original position. 

As a result of moisture damage, our team had to replace the subfloor and install SmartJack Support System in this customer's crawl space. These measures not only restored the structural integrity of the crawl space but also provided long-term stability and protection against future moisture-related issues.

Due to soil settlement, this home settled, leaving cracks in its brick foundation and requiring stabilization. Our solution to the problem was our foundation pier system. This system utilizes steel piers that extend deep into the soil and transfer the load of the home from its foundation to the solid bedrock below. This stabilizes the home and prevents any further settling. 

Tiffany contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting an estimate to fix the foundation of her home. She had noticed sagging floors in some of the bedrooms of the home along with cracks in the interior walls of the home. We were able to help Tiffany by installing the SmartJack System in the crawl space of the home. Tiffany had started to experiencing problems because of wood rot of the floor joist. Tiffany is thrilled with the outcome of having the floors of her home fixed by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.

In the customer's crawl space, termite damage caused the joists to rot, which caused sagging floors. We replaced and enforced the damaged wood with new lumber and installed our SmartJack System to lift, level, and stabilize the floor above.
