Sylvia contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the standing water in the crawl space of her home in Clinton, NC.  Our design specialist, Mr. Patrick went out and did an inspection, upon the inspection, Patrick met with Mrs. Sylvia to go over what he proposed was the best solution, which would be the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to help with the wet crawl space.

Our crew led by Kevin, started the project by doing the Mold Remediation, followed by 20 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silverglo & Rim Joist Insulation, Wrap piers, Seal vents, Sani Dry Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Lawnscape Outlet, Discharge Line, and Custom built door made from PVC that want rust.

Sylvia was very happy with her clean and dry crawl space.

Moisture seeped into this crawl space through cracks in the walls, around the rim joists, and evaporated up from the dirt floor. To stop moisture from leaking into the space, we completely sealed all open cracks, insulated the walls, and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the space. 

Danny contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair looking to have the crawl space of his home encapsulated. He had noticed they had a bad moisture problem in the home. He had an old vapor barrier and dehumidifier installed in the crawl space and still noticed moisture and possible mold growth in the crawl space. Our crew, lead by Jason Hines, installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace System, we were able to seal off the crawl space the earth's ground, which was the actual issue. 

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues that had caused the floors of the home to sag where David could not install new flooring until the floors where fixed. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Todd met with David to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his issues. Todd suggested that the crawl space to be encapsulated to seal out moisture that had to cause the wood to become weak along with stabilizing the home with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. David is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream. 

The crawl space of this Lumberton, NC home had wood rot issues due to high moisture issues.
