Jill contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair from seeing our logoed cars at the Dublin Raceway. Jill had HVAC problem and wanted to have her crawl space encapsulated before having the HVAC come out and fix the duct work of the home. SEFR was able to help Jill out with encapsulating her home with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This homeowner had problems with high moisture levels and falling insulation. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix the issue with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

William contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floors, moisture, and mold issues at his home in Shannon, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with William and showing him what was found during the inspection, Derek proposed Mold Remediation for the mold issue, and to encapsulate for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the sagging floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew led by Joshua, first went in and done the Mold X remediation, and then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, SEFR can address the issues of the sagging floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and The CleanSpace  Encapsulation System seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.

Jeff contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about a bedroom that had been converted from a garage, that was not extremely cold and he wanted to know if if our CleanSpace System would help keep the room warmer  by having the crawl space insulated. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space inspector Randy Johnson met with Jeff to see if our encapsulation system could help the home. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space. Jeff is now a happy customer and complements SEFR for helping him keep the room warmer.

Stephen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about doing a CleanSpace Encapsulation on his home in Wrightsville Beach. Stephen had the full CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed along with having a custom crawl space door installed. Stephen is happy with his CleanSpace and his Custom Door.
