Helical piers were installed to permanently stabilize and lift the sunken foundation of the home.

The floor above this Hampstead, NC crawlspace was sagging as a result of inadequate stabilization and support. We resolved this problem by installing SmartJack crawl space stabilizing posts. With the posts installed, the sagging was eliminated, providing a solid foundation for the floors above.
