This customers home was flooding every time it rained. After installing a TrenchDrain System to capture water that drains down the customers driveway, we installed a SmartSump Pump System with a UltraSump Battery Backup Pack to ensure their home stays completely dry the next time it rains. The SmartSump is capable of pumping 2,500 gallons per hour and in the event of a power outage, the UltraSump Battery Backup System will continuously work to prevent flooding and water damage. 

Water intrusion was a problem for this customer due to a poorly sealed crawl space. We completely encapsulated the crawl space, making sure it was completely sealed. This will prevent leaks from occurring in the future. During this process, a SmartSump crawl space sump pump system was installed. If there is a leak in a pipe or water enters the crawl space, the sump system will remove it. 

John contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having 2 feet of water standing in the elevator pit of his home in Oak Island, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon met with John to go over the pit and found that we could help John keep the pit dry by installing a Super Sump Sump Pump System in the pit and having the water pump out to a designed part of the yard. John is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home.

Mr and Mrs. F called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting help with their basement due to water coming in though the walls. They wanted to use the space as extra storage. Our inspector recommended 3 Smart Jacks XL and 2 super sumps. Now they have a usable Basement for all their extra storage needs.
