Preventing Further Foundation Settlement in Dunn, NC

As a result of foundation settlement, cracks formed on this customer's brick foundation. The cracks were several inches long and clearly visible. In order to fix the cracks and stabilize the foundation and ensure structural integrity, the customer contacted our office for help! Helical piers were installed deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. The helical plates on the piers act like screws, providing stability and support to the foundation. This helps to transfer the weight of the structure to the stable soil, preventing further settlement.

Permanently Stabilizing Foundation in Fayetteville, NC

Ronald contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about cracks on the exterior brick of his home in Fayetteville, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Todd, to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection, Todd met with Ronald and proposed that having push piers will permanently stabilize a home's settling foundation and, in many cases, raise it back up. Ronald liked the thought of the process and was ready to move forward with the proposal.

Our crew led by Austin, installed the Push Pier System to help from further settlement, close cracks, and has the potential to lift the home back toward its original elevation.

Ronald was very happy with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.
