Linda contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after moving into her home in Bunnlevel, NC. The home had an old vapor barrier installed that looked beat and weathered along with various debris in the crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair removed the old vapor barrier and debris and installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Susan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about black mold in the crawl space of her home in Bunnlevel, NC. She also had a moisture issue with standing water, falling insulation and rotting wood. SEFR inspector Justin Edwards met with Susan to go over the crawl space of her home. Justin found that Susan's problems were coming from the earth's ground and open vents allowing water to enter the area. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, sealing off the vents, laying down the durable CleanSpace Liner, adding a dehumidifier and SmartSump sump pump system. Susan is happy that she called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for her home repair needs.

This crawl space was damp and musty The high humidity levels damaged the walls and insulation. Using our CleanSpace vapor barrier system, we encapsulated the space and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to remove excess moisture.
