Lucy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned after a cable technician told her that there was wood rot in the crawl space of her home in Farmville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Lucy and her husband to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for her issues. 

Andy found that the wood rot in the crawl space was being caused by excessive moisture in the crawl space and the best solution would be to seal off the area with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to seal the crawl space from the earth's ground that can cause problems in the crawl space like wood rot, mold, mildew, hanging insulation and other problems.

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair came to Thomas Rescue after experiencing problems in his crawl space with water, mold and sagging floors. We installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to lower the humidity of the home under 55% so that the crawl space is no longer a breeding ground for mold and mildew.

Morris contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about sagging floors, mold, wet crawl space, and moisture issues at their home in Snow Hill, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Morris to go over what he proposed for the mold, wood rot, sagging floors, and moisture issues, Andy found that the best solution to fix their home would be to encapsulate and then replace beams.

Our crew led by Jose H., performed the Mold Remediation and then a full encapsulation with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We then replaced the rotten wood to help with the sagging floors.

Willie called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of company vehicles in his area. Willie was experiencing moisture problem under his home and wanted Southeast to come take a look. We did a full encapsulation to Willie's home and installed a custom crawl space door. Willie is happy with the results that we provided him!

Inspector Justin Edwards met with Willie to go over his crawl space to see how we could help him. Southeast's crew led by Ricky Warren replaced Willie's vapor barrier with our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included Drainage Matting, 20 mil liner, Silver Glo, SaniDry CX and a Smart Sump.
