Our crew permanently stabilized this home's foundation by installing a SmartJack system in the crawl space. These high-capacity and fully-adjustable steel piers are specially designed to stop settling and raise a home's floor back to its original level. 

This exterior wall had a large staircase crack going up the side due to shifting and settlement within the foundation. Our well-trained team of professionals installed helical piers to permanently stabilize the foundation slab and used Poly to seal the exterior cracks in the bricks. 

Basement flooding and mold growth persisted through the existing sump pump system in this home. The system was old and outdated. We installed our patented and tested TripleSafe sump pump that reliably keeps water out of the home.

Water seepage broke through the block walls of this basement and caused mold growth, flooding, and high humidity. We waterproofed the perimeter and protected the air from water vapor. This got rid of the water and the negative effects of water seepage.
