Standing water, mold growth, and a musty smell plagued this basement. The homeowner felt that the condition of the basement was only getting worse, so she contracted with us after considering several other contractors. We waterproofed her basement from the interior with a WaterGuard system that catches water as it comes through the block walls and runs it to a pump that expels the water away from the base of the home.

This basement was extremely messy and was plagued by constant water intrusion. To solve this problem, we installed our WaterGuard drainage waterproofing system around the perimeter and CleanSpace vapor barrier to the walls. This keeps water out of the basement, collects it, and then disposes of the water outside the home.

Signs of flooding and water leaks were on all the walls of this basement. With all the storage items waiting to be ruined by the leakage, the homeowners decided to act. They hired us to install our patented WaterGuard and TripleSafe waterproofing solution to keep standing water out of the basement.

Water kept coming through the block walls and would flood the basement after heavy rains. We installed our interior waterproofing system around the perimeter and sealed the walls off from moisture.

The middle of this block wall started to crack and bow inward. To take the pressure off the wall, we supported it with our CarbonArmor strips and waterproofed the interior with WaterGuard.
