Before tackling this damp dilemma in Winston-Salem, NC, as shown in the first photo, water intrusion left this basement uninviting and underutilized. This basement posed a unique situation and had a massive need for waterproofing and humidity control. To protect the area fully, we needed to waterproof the area around the stairs. This was a tricky solve, but it was pulled off with our patented WaterGuard system. This basement now has much greater protection from basement water seepage.

Extreme water damage and begun inside this basement which was growing mold and ruining the existing carpet. In order to finish the basement, the homeowner had us waterproof it with our patented WaterGuard system which works seamlessly with the rest of the room, and we also added a vapor barrier to the exposed block wall to protect the air from increased humidity.
