This garage was soaking up massive amounts of water and leaving behind a watery mess. We waterproofed the waterlogged block walls and drained the water safely away from the home.

Water runoff and ground water was seeping into this basement. It smelled musty and felt damp. We installed our interior waterproofing system to solve the water problem inside the basement.

The TrenchDrain System keeps water out of the basement by catching it at the doorway and directing it away. It has a grated drain that collects water right at the entrance, then channels it through a trench to a drainage pipe or sump pump. This way, water won't seep into the basement and cause any damage.

Shah from Winston Salem, NC contacted Carolina Basement Systems because he had problems with basement waterproofing. The company installed the Ultra Sump 4 and perimeter drainage. The Ultra Sump 4 is a submersible pump placed in a sump pit. The perimeter drainage consists of a system of pipes placed around the basement's perimeter. The system drains water that has seeped through the foundation walls and floor into the drainage pipes. The water is then pumped out of the basement by the Ultra Sump 4.

This open and unprotected crawl space was a problem for the health of the home. We encapsulated it to keep the temperature more consistent and moisture out of it.
