After our team intervened, we installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier, effectively preventing water intrusion and ensuring a dry, protected basement environment.

The TrenchDrain system is designed to manage surface water by intercepting it before it can infiltrate vulnerable areas, such as basements or foundations. It consists of a grated drainage channel that collects water and directs it away from the structure through a connected pipe system. This helps to prevent water accumulation, which can lead to hydrostatic pressure against basement walls, leaks, and potential flooding. By effectively managing water runoff, the TrenchDrain system helps maintain the structural integrity of buildings and ensures a dry, safe environment.

WaterGuard, an interior drainage system, works by capturing water that enters the basement and directing it to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump, equipped with three pumps, ensures reliable water removal even during heavy rain or power outages. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the basement walls to prevent moisture from seeping through, thereby keeping the basement dry. This comprehensive system effectively manages water intrusion and humidity, ensuring a dry and healthy basement.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump system will protect the customer's basement by providing a reliable and efficient solution for managing groundwater seepage. This system features three pumps: a primary pump for normal conditions, a secondary pump for heavy water flow or primary pump failure, and a battery-backup pump for power outages. Together, these pumps ensure continuous operation and prevent basement flooding. The system also includes an airtight lid to keep moisture and odors contained, and an alarm to alert the homeowner of any issues. This comprehensive approach guarantees a dry and secure basement, protecting the customer's stored items from water damage and mildew.
