This Prospect Hill, NC home was facing two major concerns foundation wall shifting and water intrusion. Our team stepped in with a full-scope solution: installing a perimeter drainage system to manage groundwater and protect the structure from future leaks and reinforcing the walls with steel support beams for lasting stability.

Once the foundation was secure, we encapsulated the area with a bright white vapor barrier, sealing out humidity and giving the space a clean, finished look. What started as a damp, deteriorating area is now a dry, protected, and structurally sound part of the home offering long-term peace of mind for the homeowner.

The SaniDry Sedona and TripleSafe Sump Pump were installed to effectively eliminate moisture and humidity from the basement. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier controls humidity levels and prevents mold growth, while the TripleSafe Sump Pump ensures reliable water removal, even during power outages or heavy rains, providing a dry and healthy basement and home.

Nasty water intrusion was haunting this basement. We waterproofed the perimeter and sealed it off to prevent the water from causing any more damage.

Even though we previously encapsulated this crawl space, the humidity was still a little high to make the mold dormant. So, we installed our dehumidifying air system to make sure the air stayed dry all the time.
