This crawl space received a full encapsulation complete with CleanSpace liner, drainage matting, sealed vents, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona. Water no longer stands a chance against this crawl space!

Removing the compiled debris from underneath the crawl space, and installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier, improves air quality, home value, and reduces mold risk.

Our graphite impregnated SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the walls to provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation. Our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier was used to seal, cover, and protect the remaining exposed areas of the crawl space from any moisture or humidity. It's a dry, healthy, and clean crawl space now!
