This home had a basement with some dirty walls and a leaky foundation. We used BrightWalls for a cleaner look on the walls which the customer liked. We also installed WaterGuard drains, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

You can see in the pictures how we replaced this small basement window with a big egress window, which allows easy access out of the basement. The dirt around the finished product will settle over time with some water saturation. 

The Turtl is designed to give the homeowner easy access into the crawl space while also being able to seal air out of the crawl space.  The Turtl is made of an inorganic material that will never rot or need to be painted.  

We installed a Sunhouse window enclosure for a homeowner in Cincinnati.  The Sunhouse window enclosure will allow natural light to enter the basement and help block out water from entering the crawl space.

This homeowner wanted their old sump pump replaced with one of our Zoeller pumps. They chose the Ultra Sump 4 which is super strong, powerful, and quiet.
