This driveway was shifting and causing the concrete slabs to crack and separate from one another. After we used PolyLevel foam and sealant to reconnect them, the driveway was back to looking good. 

With this driveway being on a troubling hillside, it was no surprise to see that it had started to crack. You see, when a driveway is on a hilly surface, it is more likely for the soil underneath the concrete to experience washing, where water forcibly moves the dirt down the hill.
