Water intrusion and a cracking basement wall were major concerns in this Millbury, OH home. With a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system and PowerBrace wall supports now installed, the basement is dry, stable, and protected for the long haul.

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump. They called Mid-State Basement systems after finding our website. Our service technician Manual came out and replaced the sump pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pump systems. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

We installed static beams to protect this home's foundation after the homeowner realized her walls were starting to bow in. 

Outdated and overwhelmed, the old sump pump in this Curtice, OH basement struggled to keep water at bay. Now, with a brand-new system in place, this space is protected from moisture and ready to stay dry year-round.
