This family was concerned about their homes front porch. The porch was settling and cracking on one side causing it to separate from the support column. The family was worried that the porch would continue to get worse so they reached out to us. Our inspector Preston Minnich went out to the home and recommend PolyLevel as a solution for the porch. The family was eager to move forward with the job. Our Poly crew was able to lift and level the porch, closing the majority of the gapping between the porch and support column.

These homeowners in Oklahoma City, OK were experiencing some sagging in their floors above the basement. This issue is not only an annoyance, but also a trip hazard. They gave Vesta Foundation a call to come out and put an end to their problem.

Our Vesta expert went out, and determined it would be an easy fix. The outdated support beam, supporting a portion of the home would need to be replaced with a SmartJack.

Team Vesta installed SmartJack. SmartJack replaced the outdated beam, moving the floor back up to it's original position.
