Problem: There was plenty of evidence in this basement of water penetration. Aside from the appearance of mould and stains, the entire home smelled damp and musty. The high humidity caused some wood furniture to grow mould – a sure sign that it’s well past the time to fix the wet basement problem!

Solution: After a thorough inspection, we created a plan to waterproof the leaky walls. Problem: 

It was immediately evident when our inspector entered this home that there was a serious water and humidity problem. We installed an interior waterproofing system which consists of an in-floor drain, which moves any leaking water into the sump pump.
