Anthony had a basement with both full height and crawlspace. 
The basement potion had a monolithic style foundation. Monolithic is when the floor and the footing is poured as one. This creates extra challenges for basement waterproofing. Basementy Systems own Drytrac system was installed. Drytrac gets epoxyied to the floor and drains the water to the sump. 

Ron in York, ON had a wall crak in his basement wall and needed to be sealed. Omni Basement Systems sealed the wall crack by using the patented Flexispan wall crack repair. Flexispan stays flexible for the life of the home and comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty. 

Dave W. is an existing customer from 2012 and decided it was time to upgrade his sump system to our incredible Triplesafe system. The triplesafe features 3 pumps in one liner. Two of the pumps are cast-iron Zoeller A.C. pumps and the third is a D.C. pump that runs of a 12V power cell, also known as a battery back-up.

Omni came in and encapulated this customers crawlspace as seen in the previous set of photos, but they also had some water penetrating the block walls in their basement.

To keep the basement dry we installed our CleanSpace Wall System which stops water vapor and drains wall leaks into our perimeter WaterGuard system.

The WaterGuard then drains the water to our SuperSump which pumps the water away from the home.
