SealedCrawlsapce in Innerkip, On

Amanda in Innerkip has a crawlspace attached to her basement that needed to be sealed with a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace liner is 20mil thick and has 7 layers. One of the layers is the cord reinforcement so the liner will never come off the wall and will not separate by crawling over it. After this is installed, the area can be conditioned with a dehumidifier.

This couple called Omni when they realized their upstairs floors were sagging.

Omni found that the crawlspace of this 18 year old home was so damp that the main support beam was wet and rotting.

Omni installed our SuperSump and SaniDry Dehumidification System to dry the space and keep it dry and then finished it off with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
