Taylor has a home in Welland with a block foundation. The foundation was leaking and also had some cracking in the mortar joints. Omni basement Systems installed a patented drain system called Waterguard that takes water from the walls and under the floor and drains to a sump pump system. To deal with the cracking in the mortar joints and make sure it doesn't turn into something worse, Omni installed the incredible Carbon Armor wall support system which consists of a 7" wide strip of carbon fiber which is adhered tot he wall with powerful epoxy. 

Now the basement is dry and stable and Taylor couldn't be happier. 

Karina needed a safer and more reliable Sump Pump System in her Welland, ON home. Phil from Omni recommended the SupeSump sump pump system. The SuperSump features the incredible zoeller cast iron pump, an airtight sealed two piece lid, an airtight floor drain and a high water watch alarm to notify the customer if there is a problem inside.

Ryan has a finished basement and does not like his builder grade sump system. Omni Basement Systems installed the Supersump Plus sump system. The Supersump Plus features a larger liner that can house 3 pumps if required,, a Zoeller cast iron sump pump, an Ultrasump battery back up system and an airtight lid. The third pump can be easily added at a later date if required. 

DonnaM in Welland has a house with a crawlspace. Donna noticed that the floors were getting out of level and had concerns for the safety of her home. The piers in the house were sinking and were not adjustable. 
Keith recommended add SmartJacks by Supportworks. Three Smartjacks were placed under the main beam of the house. The SmartJacks are fully galvanized and cannot rust. They are also fully adjustable in the case that further adjustments are required. 
Omni also removed debris and insulation to prepare for sprayfoam that is coming the following week. 

 Shaunica and Paul bought a home in Welland, ON. before they even moved in, they went over to the home to check the basement after a rain storms. They found water on the floor both times they checked. The basement was finished but they were willing to tear out the finished walls so that they could waterproof and then finish it the way that they wanted. Omni basement Systems went in one week and tore out all the finished walls and then went back again to do an interior waterproofing system. Omni used the patented drain system called WaterGuard which is a sub-floor drainage system that drains down to a sump pump.  The Sump system will pump the water away from the house.
