Dear Jocelyn, Thank you for arranging to have Ryan call me. But also A BIG THANK YOU for all you have done over the past few months to help me buy a new humidifier. You have so patiently answered all my questions, sometimes several times as I thought of new questions. Your answers have been clear and understandable but more important, they have come quickly. For someone my age, the way you have handled my search for a humidifier, is the way I think customer service should work, not the way it seems to be today--so again, many thanks. True story! They fixed up my 100yr old basement in one day - interior weaping tile/sump pump .. they left my basement cleaner than it was to begin with! ... even though I'm certain I was out of Their service area , they never said negative a word. And the techs apologized profusely for starting '1hr late' ... When they where actually right on the agreed time. That was well over 5 yrs ago, still bone-dry.

We are very satisfied with the job. Phill was excellent. Very thorough, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Dustin and the crew were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I found the salesman to be very professional in nature, and the information given was great. I am very pleased with the basement now. There was a huge melt and I found absolutely not one drop of water anywhere in the basement. WOW! What a difference not having to worry as to how much water there will be.
