Omni fixed our leaking basement! We were served by a reliable and knowledgeable salesperson that walked us through all of our options. They were organized and gave us a reminder just prior to the work being done so that we were prepared. The staff was efficient, reliable and friendly. We are so pleased and our basement is dry.

I was very anxious getting a job of this importance and size done. But whole team from the offices to workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. They made arrangements for all permits and building inspections. They also worked hard to find me a way to get the most for my money. Having the workers come into my home didn't feel like letting strangers in. They were always very nice and showed me all the work they had done in the day. And had a genuine interest in making sure the job was done to absolute best. It was also done in a way that showed foresight in avoiding problems on structural placement when i look at finishing later on. I couldn't be happier with the work i had done.

  Had my entire basement done about 2 years ago. Got all the bells and whistles. I never worry about rain now. Just recently had a problem with my Sanidry Sedona. Called and spoke to Jocelyn she is amazing. She called me back within minutes to tell me they can come the next day with a brand new unit to install and remove the old one. Basement Waterproofing We were impressed by Omni Basement Systems because they provided significantly more detailed information about their products, services, and rational for their approach than the other companies we got quotes from. Alessio handles our project and was very helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. The work was conducted on schedule and each day the crew arrived on time, was courteous, and kept the work area organised. They discovered that the footing of our foundation was not as far beneth the floor as expected and modified the plan accordingly, and kept us informed throughout the process. T

Had the 3 pump sump system installed. This was in addition to the original sump that was put in when the house was built. Unfortunately, they hit bedrock under the concrete where the new sump well was going. This one day job ended up taking two. The workers were great. Very professional and hard working. Thankfully, they never gave up where other companies might have. The end result is a beautiful system that is functioning as it should. The workers explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up well when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company!

Great service from start to finish We purchased a home recently which had a dirt crawlspace. The previous owners had neglected this space and it was an entry point for rodents and odors. I reached out to Omni to have a quote on the work. They sent some reading materials after the quote was scheduled and the salesperson who came to give the initial estimate was great. He wasn't pushy and came across as knowledgeable and honest. After the appointment was scheduled, Omni called a few times to give opportunities to move the date forward, though these ultimately did not work with our schedule. The contractors on the install date were great and professional and the work was completed in one day. After install, the contractor mentioned some issues that he noticed (entry points for rodents). The crawlspace is much cleaner now and I am very happy with the work done.
