Our team recently completed a full basement waterproofing and structural reinforcement project for a homeowner in Perth. the goal was to create a dry, stable, and healthier basement environment by preventing water intrusion, reinforcing the foundation, and improving indoor air quality.

We installed:

1. water guard drainage system: Installed the water guard system to collect water from the perimeter of the foundation and direct it to the sump pump for efficient drainage.
2. Water Guard port: Added a water guard port to allow easy access for maintenance and inspection of the drainage system. 
3. Trench Drain: Installed a trench drain at potential water entry points to capture surface water and prevent flooding.
4. Super-Sump sump pump: integrated the super sump pump system to remove collected water efficiently and protect against basement flooding.
5. Triple Safe Sump Pump system: Added a triple safe sump pump for enhanced flood protection with three layers of defense, including a battery back up.
6. Clean Space wall System: Installed the clean space vapor barrier along basement walls to prevent moisture seepage and reduce humidity levels.
7. Drywall removal - Removed drywall to access key installation areas and ensure proper placement of waterproofing components. 
8. Ice Guard system: Installed an Ice guard to protect sump pump discharge from freezing, ensuring continuous drainage even during winter months.
9. Rain chute system: Connected the Rain Chute to extend downspouts away from the foundation, minimizing water pooling, near the homes exterior.
10. SaniDry Dehumidifier: Installed a Sanidry dehumidifier to control humidity levels, improve air quality, and prevent mold and mildew growth.

We waterproofed a basement in Ottawa. We installed a clean space barrier along the perimeter, along side with a Sani dry dehumidifier , a sump pump system, a trench drain along the perimeter as well and water guard to help make sure the basement stays well insulated and dry year round.

Left untreated, these crack would have led to further structural issues and on going moisture problems. to ensure a lasting solution, we used combination of concrete crack stitching and the Flexi span system for optimal reinforcement and waterproofing..

• Installed a secondary drainage layer to redirect any moisture safely into the home's drainage system, ensuring a completely dry basement.
