Our Customer on Descotes Circle had a leak in her basement from a crack in their basement foundation. We used crack stiches and Flexi Span to repair the crack that was behind the dry wall.

Services we provided for this project: basement waterproofing, structural reinforcement, Air Quality improvement. 

We recently completed a comprehensive basement waterproofing and structural reinforcement project in Kingston, Ontario. Our Team ensured the space was dry, safe, and protected from future water intrusion while enhancing air quality.

The scope of the work we did:

1.  Water Guard installation: Installed the water guard drainage system with Water Guard ports to channel water effectively and protect the foundation from seepage.
2. Dry Wall removal - Carefully removed drywall to access the foundation for system installation.
3. TripleSafe sump pump system: Installed the Triple Safe sump pump for triple layered protection to keep the basement dry during heavy rains or power outages.
4. Ice Guard Installation: Installed Ice Guard to prevent sump pump discharge lines from freezing in cold weather, ensuring continuous drainage.
5. RainChute EZ: Integrated RainChute EZ to direct water from downspouts away from the foundation.
6. Additional 1.5" Discharge line: Installed an extra discharge line to handle high water volumes efficiently. 
7. Clean Space Wall System: Installed the clean space vapor barrier to prevent moisture seepage and reduce humidity.
8. Armor Lock Anchoring System: Secured the foundation using the armor lock system to reinforce structural stability.
9. Carbon Amor: Applied Carbon Armor reinforcement straps to strengthen and stabilize the foundation walls.
10. SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier: Installed the high efficiency Sani Dry Sedona to reduce humidity and improve basement air quality.
11. Aspen Air System: Added the Aspen Air System to further enhance air quality by filtering pollutants and moisture.

Our team recently completed a full basement waterproofing and structural reinforcement project for a homeowner in Perth. the goal was to create a dry, stable, and healthier basement environment by preventing water intrusion, reinforcing the foundation, and improving indoor air quality.

We installed:

1. water guard drainage system: Installed the water guard system to collect water from the perimeter of the foundation and direct it to the sump pump for efficient drainage.
2. Water Guard port: Added a water guard port to allow easy access for maintenance and inspection of the drainage system. 
3. Trench Drain: Installed a trench drain at potential water entry points to capture surface water and prevent flooding.
4. Super-Sump sump pump: integrated the super sump pump system to remove collected water efficiently and protect against basement flooding.
5. Triple Safe Sump Pump system: Added a triple safe sump pump for enhanced flood protection with three layers of defense, including a battery back up.
6. Clean Space wall System: Installed the clean space vapor barrier along basement walls to prevent moisture seepage and reduce humidity levels.
7. Drywall removal - Removed drywall to access key installation areas and ensure proper placement of waterproofing components. 
8. Ice Guard system: Installed an Ice guard to protect sump pump discharge from freezing, ensuring continuous drainage even during winter months.
9. Rain chute system: Connected the Rain Chute to extend downspouts away from the foundation, minimizing water pooling, near the homes exterior.
10. SaniDry Dehumidifier: Installed a Sanidry dehumidifier to control humidity levels, improve air quality, and prevent mold and mildew growth.
