We were sliding down a slippery slope. The house wasn't built on the most solid of foundation, and we have started noticing more and more windows not opening, uneven doors and cracks in the wall around joints. We called in the experts, TerraFirma, to have a look. The helical pier system Casey designed was very impressive. We were essentially getting a new foundation without the expense of replacing the entire thing. I was amazed with the outcome! TerraFirma lifted my house to the point where the cracks closed up, doors swung freely and windows opened and closed with ease. We are more than happy with how things turned out and are more than happy to recommend your services. 

Our home looked like a play house. The floors were anything but level, and it was starting to sag anywhere you stepped. TerraFirma is a company out of Roseburg that drove down to Medford to inspect my house. I really appreciate them going the extra mile (literally) to meet with me. Ryan's plan was very simple; Remove the existing supports and shims that were clearly not working and install their product called Smart Jack. This was going to make it easy to make small adjustments as needed but, overall I felt like it was the best option for a long term solution. Ryan was sincere and personable and really took our opinions to mind with his project proposal. Great job to everyone at TerraFirma. You are truly the leaders in your industry.

This was not an easy decision. We had so many different companies come out to estimate our project, sometimes a couple of reps from the same company came out. We know that we had a big project on our hands so we wanted to make sure we were getting all of our information straight and getting the best solution out there. Josh Anderson emerged the winner with TerraFirma! He was thorough and informative every step of the way. Trust me, we had a lot of questions. I was overall very pleased with the pre-construction, during and post efforts to make sure the neighbors weren't being disturbed and that my lawn/yard was getting completely ripped apart. I am pleased with the service. Call center gal was nice. Ryan was a professional and had a wide knowledge base about foundation repair. A comprehensive plan was built, and after discussing payment option, which they have a few, we were ready to move forward with the project. Ryan was available for follow ups and furthers questions throughout the project time frame. The project needed to be completed in a timely manner. TerraFirma respected my time frames and urgency. I felt respected and listened to. Everything someone would want being the customer. Thank you for your help and good luck to the future.

Our problem involved the support beams under the house. the floor was sagging in the middle and had formed a collection point. Looking under the floor, the supports were all squished and it look like someone had tried to fix it in the past. We just went a step farther and made sure to take care of the problem for good. Casey suggested Smart Jacks. basically, easily adjustable support posts. It worked! they raised the floors. It is flat and the floor doesn't sag when you walk on top. Casey had a quick and easy solution for us that we felt comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable and personable in his approach and we never felt pressured to make a decision, but glad we did. Thank you for restoring value back to our home.

Very pleased with the candid, honest responses of staff.

During the last several years my house had begun to settle at the southwest corner. This year for some reason the settling accelerated to the point I had to walk uphil on the west end of the living room. I called Terra Firma and Casey was johnny on the spot. He used a zip level to determine my living room had settled 2 5/8" at the south west corner, with various other measurements all down the south and west sides of the house. When the work crew arrived I was so impressed with Jeremy and Kyle and Justin. They arrived as scheduled at 7:30am and were actually working within 4 minutes of their arrival! Not my usual experience I can tell you. And they worked their fannies off all day. These guys were professional and focused on their job. I do not believe I have ever been more impressed than I have been by this company and it's employees. You won't go wrong using TerraFirma. And ask for Jeremy and Kyle - what a team!

Larger project with many aspects to it. Not only was our foundation falling down the hillside, but I had sagging floors which needed to be stabilized. TerraFirma provided all of the services. I was so happy to find a company that could provide both foundation and waterproofing services so I didn't have to go back and forth between 2 contractors. We love Josh. He was just a normal guy that was very skilled in his craft through, I'm sure, many years of practice. The plan was only a couple hundred dollars over my budget, and I was glad to pay a little extra to get the best service around.
