I appreciated receiving the booklets on foundations and crawl space.  They made me very confident that TERRAFIRMA was the best company to meet my crawl space needs. All the office staff very courteous, positive and helpful.  Angie, for example helped me with a question on billing. I went under the house with Josh and he showed me roots that had invaded under the foundation and posts that had sunk. He is very knowledgeable and his sales presentation was detailed and clear. He is a very friendly person and a superb representative of the company. Nate (foreman), Nick and Justin were as hard working a crew as I've ever seen.  Nate explained what he was doing at every step of the way and welcomed my many questions. The reason we chose TerraFirma was because of the ratings Angie's List and reading the description of what the company does.

Josh Anderson was very professional, courteous and friendly. Not only was the crew on time, they were actually early! and very friendly as well. I highly recommend Terra Firma. Currently I don not know of anyone with crummy crawl spaces and/or water problems. When I do hear of someone with any of those problems I will DEFINITELY tell them to call Terra Firma!

When we saw your ad on TV we thought we'd better call and schedule a free appointment. All the office staff was very nice and helpful. Josh was very thorough explaining the work that we needed done and the book that we received was also very helpful. The men that did the job started on time and they were all very nice young men. Everything was very good!

Doing the job in a short amount of time was really nice. Men working made sure we knew what they were doing and had done; very respectful of us and property.

The representative sent out for the estimate was knowledgeable and informative. Installation crew arrived on time and was courteous.  TerraFirma team was very professional.

The proposed system and products I felt comfortable that my foundation problem would be permanently resolved. Tim quickly prepared his report and presented it to me the very next day. Ryan L was so wonderful and explained everything to us so we understood. My husband was fascinated about the process and followed Ryan around as he did his work and enjoyed talking with him. Foreman Drew and Nate ran into a few problems with boulders under where they were digging but these boys were sharp and were able to work around them. They did catch one heavy day of rain, but worked right through it. My biggest concern, which was a major reason we had the work done in the first place, was for our health. With a long track record of respiratory infection, I have had a severe cough for nearly 6 month and couldn't figure out why it was getting slowly worse. The odd thing was when I left my home, the symptoms seemed to lessen. Sure enough when I got back to my home, the symptoms worsened into the evening. Since having the project complete, there is a significant decrease in my chronic coughing and an obvious improvement in cleanliness of air. Terra Firma employees are some of the hardest working people I have seen and I commend them for it. I'm very happy with how the project went and the clean up too. Great job and we are more than happy to recommend you to our friends. 

TerraFirma Foundation Systems did a very professional job of stabilizing and leveling my foundation. The crew led by Chad were courteous and professional.  After efficiently doing the work I contracted for, they cleaned up their work site. The job was done right and I am pleased with the result!

Everyone that helped me was very nice and Scott gave a good presentation; and all the crew was also very nice and they even did a great job with the clean up.

My proposal was presented after a 2 hours of inspection. I am completely happy and confident that the solutions presented by Ryan will solve our problem. Ryan was very accommodating to my wants and needs of the project without sacrificing any factors to complete the project. We decided to go with TerraFirma for our foundation repair project because of the professionalism and respect that Ryan portrayed and earned. The only issue we ran in to was the price. We wanted to make sure we solved the problem permanently and were more than happy to pay a little extra to guarantee the solution for years to come.

My initial call was handled courteously, efficiently and an appointment was set for a System Design Specialist to visit me at my house. Josh was prompt and prepared to give me a full inspection and estimate. We have approximately 500 sq ft of crawlspace dug out about 6" deeper than it needs to be and we needed 3 jack posts installed along the floor beam. Josh was a 10/10. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the specifics and details. When I proceed with the project soon, I will be calling Josh to make it happen.

The underlying theme from start to finish was TRUST. I felt that everyone was honest about the work, what their intentions were, how it would benefit me if at all, and the price. Josh was our service representative. Josh was perfectly perfect!! The plan that he drew up we felt very comfortable with and the production foreman was able to follow his plan perfectly and get it in to the ground without a hiccup. I'm my opinion there was nothing more they could have done to make me feel better about the process or the job. Exceptional work all around. 

The call center and the System Design Specialist was excellent. Everything was done to my convenience. After the presentation, I felt comfortable with the project and the plan to support my foundation and I believed that the products were the best option out there. Adam was very professional. He truly listened to and addressed my concerns. I was impressed with his passion and obvious pride in the products he provides for his customers.
