I am the type of person that looks at every situation from all angles. After speaking with the call center and having Josh come out to my house, my decision became a lot easier. TerraFirma was the right choice. He made me feel very comfortable inviting him into my home and was very personable and knowledgeable. 

Nothing more to say about the representative and install team. They were AMAZING! These guy brought their A game from start to finish and were a great representation of the company. Crawl space science is really interesting, especially from an economic and health viewpoint. I read their pre-mail packed and bombarded Ryan with questions. He left no stone un-turned and I couldn't have been more confident in his plan by the end of the afternoon. The installers showed up in what looked like ghost buster outfits and began crawling around under the home. 2 days later they were done. If anyone is looking to breath healthier air in their home and save money on utilities (everyone) call TerraFirma.

The actual installation took about a day and was very non-intrusive. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend TerraFirma to family and friends. Excellent service on the phone. Excellent service my our inspector Josh, and excellent installation for the production team. With my experience working with specialty contractors, it was like pulling teeth and you had to pay an arm and a leg. Working with TerraFirma was nothing like that. I though the price was fair and the service was great. I don't have any negatives to say about TerraFirma. Waive all my installation fees and make it free would be the only thing I could think of changing. ha. Great job everyone. TerraFirma is clearly leading their industry.

Everyone we worked with through the whole job process was great! The representative that first came out gave a good presentation, and the crew was on time when the came to start the work.

The clean space seems like it would be a lot more expensive than what we paid for it considering the condition of my crawl space. Having the work done during the construction of the house would be the easiest way. For me, I had it installed afterwards. Jason explained the benefits of having this project completed immediately as my crawl space was one of the worst cases he has seen. We now have a crawl space with a sump pump and dehumidifier. Our house isn't resting on a puddle anymore with rotting beams. Happy I took care of the project and happy I chose TerraFirma.

I have to start by saying, I thought your representative was very knowledgeable explaining what should be done. Even your marketer at the county fair knew more about foundation work than our city, county or community "planners." I am particularly impressed with you telling me what you were going to do, what you would not do and how long it would take and the approximate cost - your final bill was actually less than your original estimate! Your competition was not clear.

I am very happy with the crawl space work and won't worry about mildew or mold from dampness anymore!
