The cement block foundation had sunk 3” and was lifted into place using push piers. 

The home has a stone foundation that was severely distressed from age related water damage that was neglected for many decades. Actually, for at least a generation according to the home owner. The gutters and downspouts were in disrepair, which caused the water to accumulate against the foundation and caused a lot of wear and tear. Once the house passed hands the new owner wanted to fix the issue. The structural and water damage were tremendous, but this is exactly where EverBrace excels. The home was fixed in two days and it is safe, dry and under warranty.

In this application we installed CleanSpace wall membrane to divert water into a below floor system. We then rough cast the walls to match the basement aesthetic.

The home had a set of temporary jacks that required replacement to satisfy code.
