To prevent leaks and mold growth, our CleanSpace Wall System was installed on the basement walls.

Using our TrenchDrain Grated Drain Pipe System, we prevented water from flowing into this basement from under the entryway door. Instead, the drain will collect the water and direct it to the interior drainage system and sump pump to be removed from the home.

A thick, durable, and waterproof vapor barrier liner, CleanSpace, was mechanically fastened to this customer's leaky basement wall to stop moisture from passing through. The CleanSpace system creates a vapor barrier that prevents water from entering the basement. The vapor barrier also prevents the growth of mold and mildew, helping to keep the basement safe and healthy.
