This back patio would take on water during heavy rains and impact the finished area inside the 3-season room.  TrenchDrain was placed in front of the area where water would come in to protect the area going forward.

The joist heads and other structural lumbar was compromised and reinforced in place. Lifetime warranty with far less work than replacement.

In this basement, moisture was seeping through the walls, causing the paneling to warp and mold to grow. As a result of the moisture damage and mold growth, the walls and carpet had to be removed and the area treated for mold. Drilled-in fasteners are used to attach BrightWall to the walls, a 100% waterproof, washable, and high-durable rigid plastic sheeting. By blocking vapors from passing through the walls, BrightWall prevents mold growth and rot. Additionally, it gives the space a brighter appearance.
