Upon successfully mitigating water infiltration, additional steps were taken to fortify the home against future water-related challenges. In a proactive measure, the exterior walls of the home were excavated, and a foundation drainage system was meticulously installed. This proactive intervention further bolstered the home's defenses against potential water damage, ensuring comprehensive protection.

With water infiltration effectively controlled and the exterior drainage system in place, attention turned to enhancing the basement's aesthetic appeal. A state-of-the-art CleanSpace wall membrane and MelRol was expertly applied, serving a dual function: not only did it intercept any lingering moisture seepage from the walls, but it also bestowed a fresh and immaculate appearance upon the once-blighted surfaces. Through this integrated approach, the basement was not only safeguarded against future water damage but also revitalized to exude a sense of cleanliness and renewed vibrancy.

In order to prevent future flooding in the crawl space and to remove existing water, we installed a SuperSump Pump System. The system will ensure that water is removed quickly and efficiently. In the event of heavy rain and flooding, the SuperSump Pump System provides peace of mind.

This rocky basement wall was permanently sealed with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System in order to prevent moisture and humidity from passing through.
