One of the main benefits of using carbon fiber straps for wall reinforcement is their high strength-to-weight ratio. The deck posts had rotted and needed replaced. Concrete sonotubes were used so that the base of the posts would no longer rot. Additionally, the concrete sonotubes where recessed deep in the ground to abate future movement from freeze / thaw.

In this home the front porch pad was starting to decay and required additional reinforcement. The spalling was moderate and it was decided to add EverBrace to assist with the structural reinforcement and to support the underbelly of the concrete pad.
