Ken, from Keystone Basements, came today to do my annual pump inspection and installed a [dehumidifier]. Overall, the company is awesome to work with and has always been patient with my questions. Ken, in particular, is always professional, very knowledgeable, kind and I appreciate that he's always willing to educate. I would recommend them to anyone.

The homeowner was extremely worried about what was going on. Even though the problem was a longstanding one, she was unaware. To her, it was brand new…abrupt, scary. She called her brother and he found us. He was present at the inspection. We love that. He then asked questions and ensured his sister was taken care of. I wanted to thank Kein and his crew for the work they did at my home! They were about their business, not pausing to eat or drink, even when I offered that to them! Their work ethic is hard to find in younger people these days, so I wanted to thank them, and give them all a high-five!

The basement is so dry now. We empties the packed closets upstairs and have been using the basement for storage now. We are very impressed with the work.

Our store took on water with the last storm and a lot of merchandise got ruined. The new system was installed last week and we didn’t get a drop of water. I did have to call them back because they didn’t have the lib bolted down. They actually had someone in the area who came at 6PM at night. I am pleased and we are back to business. 

There was some confusion at first, but it got sorted out and they did a good job after that.
