This customer had water seepage in the basement through small cracks in the foundation walls. This has made the basement damp. He had also noticed that his sump pump was not working.

To solve our client's problems, we covered the foundation walls that were urethane insulated with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Then we replaced his faulty sump pump system with our TripleSafe system. It contains 3 pumps, one of which is battery-powered, and is our most efficient and reliable system. We finally laid our interior drain all the way through the foundation walls and connected it to the TripleSafe.

Here is the crawl space of a beautiful house located in Montreal. This client was facing water damage due to a broken pipe. We intervened and installed a complete encapsulation system to prevent any further water damage. To fix the pre-existing water damage, we installed a dehumidifier to dry out the humidity and prevent rotting of the wood.

We have picked the best solution to protect our client’s basement in Chénéville, Qc  and solved all water infiltration problems in the place by connecting our interior drainage system ‘the Waterguard’ that is installed at the base of the foundation, with our company’s SuperSump that has more than 100 holes to drain the water under the slab.

And finished our work by installing our SilverGlo wall panels, that insulate the basement and improve the comfort and energy efficiency of any home.

This place is now completely waterproofed!

The TrenchDrain is able to collect surface water in front of doors and down stairs among others. Drainage Matting helps direct water to the WaterGuard.
