We have installed a complete waterproofing solution in Ormstown that includes our WaterGuard interior drain, our SuperSump sump pump system and the IceGuard and LawnScape systems that help to keep water out of the house without clogging the drain line.

This pedestal pump in Coteau-Du-Lac was getting clogged most of the times, which was preventing the pump from extracting water from the sump pit or sump liner.

Our customer then opted for our SuperSump pump system that has a  CleanPump stand; this patented stand elevates the sump pump intake port to help prevent clogging, which is a common cause of pump burnout.

This basement in Salaberry-De-Valleyfield has been waterproofed thanks to our WaterGuard interior drain system and our SuperSump sump pump. Once connected, these two products form a highly efficient drainage system that intercepts water from the floor of this basement at the foundation and redirects it away from the foundation of the house. SilverGlow insulation has been added to insulate this space. SilverGlo is an expanded polystyrene insulation infused with graphite. The silver barrier also allows the reflection of heat towards the basement. 

This insulation and waterproofing system allow the basement space to block any water infiltration as well as preserve heat, which leads to a reduction in energy consumption costs. This basement is not comfortable and can be finished and used efficiently.

The TripleSafe sump pump, such as the one installed in our client’s basement in Rigaud, is designed to protect you from any problems that might occur with standard sump pumps.  As well as an alarm to alert your attention to any problems, it also uses a specially designed Ultra Sump battery (not an automobile or marine battery) and auxiliary pump to backup the primary pump. This ensures the Triple Safe sump pump continues to work even in the case of a power failure or pump malfunction.
