SOLUTION

We installed a SmartDrain, 2 SmartJacks, SilverGlow as well as TerraBlock. The client can now enjoy his home, without any unpleasant odors and without having to worry about the stability of the foundation.

A very important element for the installation of SmartJack poles is their engineering base. The geotechnical engineers and the manufacturers of this product, have trained our teams to install the best engineering base for the posts (seen under the post), allowing to dissipate up to 90% the weight that supports the pole.

Faced with the daunting challenge of water infiltration and a clogged French drain in a home in Saint-Antoine-Abbé, QC, we were called in for a solution. As you can see in the 'before' photo, the basement was a victim to unwanted moisture – a common yet stressful issue for many homeowners. Our team swiftly moved in, installing the WaterGuard system, tailored specifically for such predicaments. Facing a damp a cold basement, our client called us for help. As our specialist explained during the inspection, the basement was in a bad situation, and needs renovations as client is planning on finishing the basement.

We installed our TripleSafe sump pump system, with its two Zoeller pumps and a third pump that is battery operated, thus keep on working with power outage. In addition, we installed on the walls our SilverGlo panels that acts as a thermal insulation to regulate the temperature within the basement. Lastly, we installed our revolutionary SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which will eliminate any excess humidity. 

The basement is now safe and ready to be finished.
