In Lachine, Qc, a homeowner faced the unwelcome dilemma of water infiltrating into their cold basement, as depicted in the 'before' image. Determined to turn things around, we were called upon to remedy the situation. Our solution was seamless and effective, involving the installation of our WaterGuard internal drainage channel, SuperSump sump pump, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. As shown in the 'after' photo, these products combined to transform the area into a dry, comfortable, and usable space, showcasing our commitment to delivering reliable solutions and an outstanding customer experience.

The problem: This Lachine client’s problem was that she had no protection and the humidity level in her crawl space was very high.

The solution: We installed a membrane called CleanSpace which acts as a vapor barrier and below it we installed a drainage membrane so that it redirects the water to the drain.

Problem: This Boisbriand customer had an accumulation of water near his sump pump everytime it rained, so he wanted to change his entire system as quickly as possible.

Solution: Our certified specialist installed our TripleSafe pump. It is fitted with two pumps for two different flow levels. So when the first reaches its maximum, the second comes to its aid and pumps the water at a higher rate. Also, this sump pump comes with a battery back-up in case there was a power failure.

This client can now have the peace of mind and can enjoy a dry basement.

The SuperSump system contains a Zoeller pump, a 96-hole liner to allow water in the floor into the liner, an airtight lid that prevents water vapor from escaping, and an alarm system that alerts you when the water shows too high.
