We offered to come by for a free inspection by our specialist, Roxane. Upon taking a look at things, we decided that the best course of action was to install a new sump pump system. The solution

We added galvanized steel SmartJack pillars to reinforce the beams to properly support the floor joists.These are even adjustable over time.

When a wall is cracked in multiple places, a more effective solution than sealing is waterproofing of the foundation wall.

We carried out this type of repair at a Saint-Pie customer.

We solidified the wall using carbon fiber strips to prevent the wall from moving and creating more cracks, and then we installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier membrane which blocks water and vapors and redirects them to the WaterGuard interior drainage and water drainage.

And finally we connected this membrane to the SuperSump sump pump system.
