Our clients who live in Sherbrooke contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Qc because their sump pump stops working regularly and this has caused major water damage in their basement. She and her husband wanted a high-performance system that will give them the peace of mind.

Our foreman and his team removed the old pump to install our TripleSafe sump pump system. It offers 3-level protection with 2 high-performance Zoeller pumps and 1 battery-powered backup pump that's way better than you think. Our system includes an alarm, waterproof cover and supports for the pumps.

We have replaced our client’s old sump pump system with our company’s SmartSump pump since their existing one wasn’t working properly and water was always flooding during heavy rain season!

In addition the old pump does not have an airtight lid and transmits water vapor that is infected with bacteria and mold spores.

Foundation cracks are a big problem that many owners in Sherbrooke face. We consequently installed a vapor barrier to drain the water towards the interior drain and to have a permanent solution. The SilverGlo membrane as shown in the picture, has an R-value of 11 to isolate foundation walls all over Quebec.
