Hey, Stuart! We had All-Dry come out to solve our basement drainage problems, and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process went smoothly. Stuart came out for the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us several options and discussed at length how our project would develop. Out of all the quotes from different companies, not only was All-Dry the least expensive, but it also reflected what WE wanted for our basement and was within our budget. The work itself started before the actual projected date and was completed promptly and professionally. We couldn't believe how tidy the basement was after the work, and you could barely see where they had trenched in our backyard to install the drainage pipes. I spoke to Lee several times and always received the info I was looking for in a very gracious and professional manner. I had Alex at my house previously for an estimate, but not have the work done. The 2nd time he was just as professional and thorough as the first. I was very impressed with the Waterguard system. The online reviews by customers were fantastic. The crew never set foot in my yard. They walked through mulch beds to get to my basement. Both days they broom swept everything and when they were finished, you almost couldn't tell work had been done. Francisco and his crew were top notch. Courteous and professional thru and thru. And the quality of their work is incredible. I could not be happier with Francisco, his crew, Alex, Lee, and the installed Waterguard system.
